No. Robobobo never connects to your broker and never places trades. It's a research tool: it tests ideas on real historical data and alerts you when your signals fire. What you do with that is entirely yours.
We try to make them conservative and readable. Rules are checked on 1-minute bars; orders fill at the next bar's open — never the same bar that triggered them; fees and slippage are charged on every fill with no off switch; stops resolve conservatively inside bars; accounts below a $10 order are locked out. Every assumption is fixed and documented — the same rules apply to every run, with no off switch.
